Enable auto updates of plugins not there?
-
Howdy folks!
Hows things? Trust your well…
um – I have 2 WP sites. One has the auto enable plugin option column (on RHS of plugin page) but the other one doesnt?
Any ideas on why/ how to make it appear?

Hi there!
Can you share the address of the site that has the plugin auto-update options on the plugin page? We’ll compare the two addresses and let you know what we find.
Thanks!

Hi there,
Neither of your sites use the Jetpack plugin, so you’re not referring to the plugin auto-update feature of Jetpack, which is what we might have been able to help with.
That means the problem is with the plugin auto-update feature in the core WordPress software itself. That software is made by the community on WordPress.org, so they’re the best people to help you figure out what’s going on here.
You can find the WordPress.org forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. If you don’t have one yet, you’ll need to register a WordPress.org account before you can post there.
I also found the support page for that feature on WordPress.org:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/plugins-themes-auto-updates/
That might give you what you need to figure this out as well :)
