  Hi there, auto-updates for plugins on WordPress.com sites are handled automatically by default: https://wordpress.com/support/plugins/plugin-and-theme-updates/

  If you’d like to disable that or enable that after previously disabling it, you can by going to Plugins → Installed Plugins under your site.
