  How can I enable comments on my homepage after each articles?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot do that on WordPress.com.

  The P2 theme allows you to have comments on the front page. But it is an unusual theme for a blog and may not be what you are looking for.
