Enable/disable customizer sections in theme

  There should be an option somewhere, where you can enable/disable the customiser sections of a certain theme. But I can’t find it anywhere on the WordPress Dashboard.. Help!

  This video shows what I’m looking for:
  

  The ‘Fizz options’ under the ‘Appearance’ tab.
  But when I look in my WordPress dashboard, the ‘Fizz options’ is nowhere to be found. (Yes, the theme is installed)

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider, and we don’t make the Fizz theme.

  Please contact support for that theme directly for help with this.
