Enable Gravatar and Jetpack for Telugu translations

  I am a validator for Telugu language WordPress.com. I would also like to contribute to Gravatar and Jetpack projects. I did not see Telugu language for these projects in translate.wordpress.com:

  staff-totoro Thanks for your response. But, I did not see “Telugu” language listed under these projects to make translations.

  I guess someone need to add Telugu language to these projects to start with.
