enable media replace plugin

  Dear WordPress.com admin,
  Image files are often created on a tool. After you preview that file on your blog post, often times you see the need to change something.
  Replacing a media/image file with a new version of the same file is very cumbersome on WordPress.com.
  It turns out there’s a plugin that helps:

  Please consider adding this plugin.
