enable private registration

  I was attempting to transfer my domain to godaddy, (since I can not upload my own theme). I relocked the domain since I have to wait 60 days. I also wanted to re enable my private registration, however it keeps telling me, opps… something went wrong, and to contact customer support.

  Also, how can I go about getting a refund since I can not use my own theme on wordpress.com? I understand I need to pay for the domain registration and private info as well still, but there is no need for me to have the 1 year package I paid for. Will I be able to transfer my domain if I cancel now? I need to wait 60 days, but the refund timeframe is only 30 days… I’m fairly confused if you couldnt tell.
