Enable right click on theme

  I really tried to figure this out on my own first.

  I just changed my theme and there is an encoded footer. I really don’t care except it has made right click impossible from my site. I have a lot of blogs that pick up my work and I need them to be able to cut and paste. Can anyone help, PLEASE?
