Enable Students or Members at a School or Library Access to Site

We have a paid, membership-based website built with WP. We want to expand to allow large groups (e.g. schools, libraries and companies) to become Group Subscribers. We use S2Member Pro as our membership plugin. We need ideas for how we can manually sign up Group Subscribers and then program a way for the different Group Subscriber students, members and employees to securely access our site, without, for privacy reasons, revealing to us their names, school ID numbers and personal email addresses. Any ideas on how we could set up such a system?

We are unable to provide support for any blogs that are not hosted here at WordPress.COM, and our support docs do not apply to WordPress.ORG software installs.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.
