  1. Google’s verification cannot be used
  2. Can’t receive SMS
  3. The account cannot be logged in normally

  Hey there, we can look into the SMS issue. Can you confirm what account you need help with?

  In the meantime, can you use one of your backup codes to turn off two-step verification? And if Google Authenticator isn’t a good option for you, there are other apps that will work.
