Hi there,
We do not support using the “www” prefix on WordPress.com. There is no setting you can change to enable it.
As long as the domain is correctly pointed to us (as your domain already is), the www version will automatically be redirected to the non-www version, so you’re more than welcome to use the www version on your business cards, for example. But when someone views the site in their browser, the “www” will not be visible in the browser address bar.
Also note that the Business plan gives you access to both live chat and direct email support. You can reach those at any time by clicking the Help icon that appears bottom-right on all the My Sites pages, or else via the direct link at https://wordpress.com/help/contact
