  i do not see where i can enable XML-RPC how do i do that

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  XML-RPC is already enabled by default here at WordPress.com.
  Make sure that you have the correct XML-RPC URL:
  http://stanglaser.wordpress.com/xmlrpc.php
