  NO? how do i enable it?
  this doesn’t work the option doesn’t exist here.

  1) thou shall not watch how to do it YouTubes for WordPress.ORG installs. Distorts the fabric of space and time as well as confuses you

  2) XML-RPC is always enabled for WordPress.COM blogs (your blog here)

  Note that the URL needs to end in xmlrpc.php
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/xml-rpc/
