Enabled Optinmonster, added logo to the bottom of my screen, cant get rid of it
-
When I added it, it took me to their website but it never created an account, just got access to my WordPress. I look it up and its telling me that MonsterInsights is not free and you need to pay. I disabled Optinmonster and their MonsterInsights logo is still on my website. I disabled the plugin and its still there. I looked up how to get rid of it, and the official video says I need to “login” to my account which I dont have. I feel Like I was scammed to promote a company for free now and am stuck with this disgusting logo on my site I want nothing to do with because im not using their service. Can someone please help me get rid of this logo. Thank you.

Hi @mostnob1box5226,
Thanks for posting on the WordPress.com support forum,
Could you give us the address of the site on which you want to remove the logo?
If you don’t have access to the plugin folder (to delete the one of the plugin you want to delete), we could try inserting some custom CSS and to hide the element.
See you later

Everything was grade A in the 90s besides two things,
Add Expires headers was C, 78% and the biggest Compress components with gzip was F, 23%
How do I fix my website so that “23”Compress components with gzip” can be fixed and turned into an A. Its affecting my website very negativity. Thank you!
