Enabled sharing buttons not showing

Hello, I’m having a problem with my sharing buttons, they are not showing for everyone who visits the page. They are enabled so I’m a bit stuck as to why they are showing for some and not for others, any advice??

I’ve checked airmailadventures.wordpress.com and the sharing buttons are loading for me. Can you send a link to where sharing buttons aren’t being displayed?
Also, who is not seeing them? For example, people visiting your site using a mobile device.
Just let me know and I can look into this for you.

Thanks for looking into this :) I have no idea where they are viewing from. When I look on my partners tablet they show up, if that helps? They load for me each time, I know one person was doing it from an apple computer. As you can tell I’m a bit of a novice so any help is appreciated!

No worries, @airmailadventures . Can you get a little more information from the folks who said the sharing buttons weren’t showing up for them? If we knew what browser they were using, and what version, for example, that would help. A screenshot would be fabulous, too. If you’re able to get one, upload it at wordpress.com/media, then update us here.

Also is just one person reporting this issue, or are several? Any more information you can send would be helpful.

Yeah there were quite a few people who couldn’t see them at all. Have uploaded the one
screen shot i could get hold of. Will let you know if i can get anymore info :) -
On that screenshot, I see that they’re using quite a few browser extensions. Can you please ask them to disable them as I know that many extensions (especially ad-blockers) interfere with how a page looks.
