Enabled the 'Show falling snow on blogs where it's enabled.' but can't spot any

  Hi,

  I enabled the ‘Show falling snow on blogs where it’s enabled.’ but can’t spot any on my wordpress.
  I can the snow on others blog though, is it because of my theme or?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I do not see snow enabled on poptheshop.wordpress.com.
