Enabling Comments

  So I followed the directions for enabling comments on my posts from the help site and it looks like it’s set to allow comments, and comments are not disabled in my individual posts, but I don’t think that there is a comment form at the bottom of my posts. I’ve even opened up my blog while I’m not logged in so I can see it how anyone else would but there isn’t a place to comment. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
