Enabling comments on a WordPress FREE plan

  I wonder if there is a way to enable comments outside of registering on WordPress within the FREE plan. Thanks.

  https://daronbutler.home.blog/ already has comments enabled. There is only one post so far. I see the comments box by clicking on the title of the post or the “read more” button.
