Enabling Custom Fonts in the Customizer – Your account must be upgraded to save
-
I want to try the custom fonts on my blog but I get the message:
“Advanced mode users can go here to edit their Kit ID, or disable advanced mode to enable this control.”When I go to to my wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-fonts page and press the “Get started now” nothing happens.
Finally if I press “Save your Type kit Kit ID” while its blank (since it says I have to do it to enable the Customizer) I get a :
Your account must be upgraded to save a Kit ID. Please try again or contact support. Not sure what else I should do…

Hi Luis!
When I visit the following page, I’m able to customize your fonts using the Customizer:
https://conundrumgame.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php#fonts
Can you let me know if those controls are working for you as well?

I got it to work but I had to subscribe to the 14 day trial even if I didn’t want to. Is there a way to cancel the trial so I can try it later?
-
Hey Luis,
Of course! You can cancel the Custom Design trial from your My Upgrades page here:
https://conundrumgame.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
Just a note, you will need that upgrade in order to change the fonts on your blog.
Let me know if you need anything else!
