Enabling easy download of embedded source code

  I post code using the method described here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/posting-source-code/ The output is very nice. However in the past the plugin provided the feature to easily download the code (like for example here: http://blog.blinkenlight.net/experiments/dcf77/the-clock/) . Now this feature seems to be gone. Some of my readers complained about this. How can I ensure that my readers can easily download the code again?

  I don’t believe any recent changes have been made to this shortcode, but I’d be happy to look into it for you. Can you describe the download feature that you’re talking about a little more?

  Users can still copy the source code from your blog by double-clicking or dragging to select the text. If that isn’t what you’re talking about, please let me know and I can check with our team for more information.
