enabling email subscriptions with Feedburner

  I have created a text widget entitled “Subscribe by email” and copied the code from Feedburner. When a subscriber clicks on it, a link from Feedburner email subscription request form loads asking for the email address. When email address and security code are entered, the next message reads “This feed does not have subscriptions by email enabled.”

  I have checked in the “publicize” tab on my Feedburner account to be sure all the email subscriptions options are active.

  Am I missing something?
