Enabling Permissions

    Hello, I’ve recently begun experiencing an issue with my WordPress site in which there is a hiccup with new users subscribing and having access to our content upon doing so. Even when they follow the necessary steps they are still receiving an error message that will not allow them to proceed. I have diagnosed the problem to be involved with my ability to define roles and permissions. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
