Enabling RSS subscription to MY blog.
-
I’ve gone through Design, Settings, Widgets, this forum, FAQ, etc…
As I understand it, most of the questions pertain to including an RSS widget to OTHER people’s blogs. I am looking to do the exact opposite.
I am looking to include – in my sidebar – the icons to the various subscription services that will allow my readers to subscribe to ME. In other words, person a wants to subscribe via RSS, they click my RSS button. They want to subscribe via MyYahoo, they click that button, etc. I know I can enable a feature such that my blog is emailed to people but I don’t want to drive down visits.
I’d really welcome your help. And if there is something about this concept of making my blog subscribe0-able that I am wrong about, I also welcome clarification.
Thank and Peace,
-

Depending on which theme you are using on WordPress.com, you may already have a link to your RSS Feed in your sidebar. At the moment, Fadtastic is the only WP.com theme that has all the RSS Feed buttons built in, but adding a link to a Feedburner Feed gives your readers the option to add your Feed to various Readers.

That’s not a wordpress.com blog and we won’t be able to help you with that. You’re completely on your own and our answers won’t apply to you.
