  i need the site to be xml-rpc enabled. where is that setting?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I believe the site is already xml-rpc enabled, all you have to do is give the URL as yoursite.wordpress.com/xmlrpc.php and it should work.
