  I would like to include the drawing of a process cycle in the post, but do not know how.

  Hi,
  A complementary idea is to use the program Skitch to make a screen shot of the portion of your process chart or the full process chart that you want to insert on your WordPress webpage or post.

  Skitch allows you to add arrows, frames and remarks in your image. After saving your process flow image you can follow the link mentioned in the previous answer https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/adding-images-to-posts-or-pages/

  Using WordPress Charts and Graphs Lite you can also directly create your own charts, see:
