Encoding problem with Firefox 5.0
-
Since upgrading to Firefox 5.0 I have had a problem with wordpress.com site and wordpress.com blogs (including my own) displaying a message saying:
“Content Encoding Error – The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression. Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem.”
Has anyone else encountered this problem, it can be cured by a Forced Refresh but it’s a pain to do this for every page :(The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m on FF 5 and have never seen that error. What operating system are you on? Do you notice if it occurs on sites that have videos or such (a pattern)?
I would suggest that you check to make sure you are using the latest version of flash for one thing.

I’m using Win 7 and have updated flashplayer to no avail,
There seems to be no pattern to it, certainly not videos, as even http://wordpress.com/ gives the same problem.Hacksparrow http://www.hacksparrow.com/firefox-content-encoding-error-whats-up.html also reports this problem on Firefox 4.0.1
