Enconding problems!

  Hello,

  Im having some encoding problems, the lang site is arabian and the database is a migration from other component (the dump it was from phpmyadmin and all migration steps with UTF8), i used utf8 to import because it is the only option that show coherent chars, and the site works fine changing the charset to windows-1256 on wp-config.php and inside reading on admin panel, BUT after edit the a title for example it change to unreadable chars (not the post content), but plugins and other options have bad display.

  The “unreadable chars” are readable changing again the charset on admin panel to utf-8, but just that titles…

  I tried changing the database charset without success, using mysql or soft.

  What can i do? someone have experience?
