  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t created a site or purchased any upgrades through WordPress.com. What is the address of the site you would like a refund for? Please don’t share any transaction IDs or card details on these forums, just a site address :)

  Do you have a copy of the email receipt? If you do, please log out of WordPress.com, log back in using the email address it was sent to and reply here so I can check that account.
