End free premium trial

    I just signed up for a premium trial and realize I want to start with the basic plan first. When I go to shop and billing I do not see a feature that lets me end the free trial.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    What do you see here?
    Dashboard → Store → My Upgrades
    Dashboard → Store → Billing History

    Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to cancel the trial.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time and also disable auto-renew.

    Hi there,

    It looks like you managed to get this removed, or else the free trial was in a different account? I don’t see the free trial anywhere in this user account.

    If it’s still active, please comment in this thread from the correct account and I will take care of removing it for you!
