Ending a WordPress business subscription

Can you direct me to where I can cancel a WordPress business description and domain registration, plus get a refund? I qualify for both the 30-day and 96-hour refund. For some reason, no purchases have been logged in my WordPress account under ‘manage purchases’.

What is the full address of the site concerned? You do need to be logged in to the same account that purchased the upgrade.

You’ll need to be logged in under the WordPress.com account which owns the upgrades, not the account you’re currently logged in as.
Once that’s done, you can cancel and refund them via https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
