    is there a way to fix errors – the them publisher is not responsive. i asked if there was a way to change spacing between the items in tab bar or the tab bar font size.

    i also asked if it was possible to make the tab bar properly spread full width! it’s all contained in the center of page which creates two lines of tabs. it should be possible to fit all my tabs on one line…

    the other issue is under my social media bar one can notice a large wide bar wasting space. this is the logo section. if you dont add a logo it wastes the space anyway…

    no like i said they dont respond and when i emailed them they gave me wrong info – told me i could upgrade to pro theme (which wouldnt fix anything) and then ignored my reply email.

    disappointed with wordpress experience so far – i was under impression this was a css help forum not one specifically for themes made by wordpress.

    went through numerous themes and customizations but they always have flaws and most of the time the developers of the themes arent willing to help. :(

    If your theme developer/support is not responding to your support requests, we would strongly recommend considering an alternative theme.

    Third-party themes are developed by various developers and we aren’t familiar with their products to be able to help you. So they are your primary source of help if something doesn’t work as expected. If they aren’t responding, it might be in your best interest to look for a different theme that provides timely support.

    For free themes, visiting the WordPress.org support forum (Like this one for the Engage News theme: https://wordpress.org/support/theme/engage-news/ ) for the theme is a good place to see if their support is responsive.
