  We are from England and we want to get the premium package. However, it is all in dollars and asking for the state we live in. It was saying our post code was not valid. Can we still go ahead with this and pay or is there a UK version of word-press we should use?

  Surely it absolutely fine, you can go ahead and pay, but if you would like to pay in Pounds, that is even possible, I have tagged the staff they can convert your currency.
  Be assured someone will update you soon one’s they convert it.
  Sometimes Postcodes can be issue, but you can go ahead and finish, the staff can assist you ahead, look at the staff reply here

  I’ve updated your account currency to GBP — there isn’t a separate version of WordPress.com for UK users but the currency on your account can be updated :) Please try purchasing the Premium plan again and come back to me if you have any more problems.
