English Forums now are Spanish

I went to the forums to check on the ‘Weird Email Followers’ problem affecting many WP bloggers. It is now all in Spanish. I can’t read Spanish. The rest of my blog admin pages are in English. I tried to contact WP. The ‘Support’ link leads to a page in Spanish. I feel this is connected to the weird email follower problem because each of the weird outlook.com addresses contains a hispanic name. Thank you for checking this out.

Thank you for getting back to me… My whole blog is English… When I click on either the “Forums” link or the “Support” link at the bottom of my Dashboard page, those links lead to a Spanish page.
When trying to report this, one time I typed in the whole address in the address bar to get the “/help/support/” page in English — and another time I followed your advice by changing the es in the address bar to en.
Those links on the bottom of my Dashboard should lead to English pages since English is my chosen language in my settings page… I hope this clarifies my concern… It seems odd that this started happening in the midst of the weird email followers problem… There could be a connection… Do you think so?

I can confirm this. I just clicked on the Forums link at the bottom of the English support page and suddenly it’s all Spanish. Changed the url in the address bar from es.forums.wordpress.com to en.forums.wordpress.com and it seems to have fixed it, but the direct link in the footer leads to the Spanish page.

In fact, five of the links in the footer of the English support page go to Spanish pages instead of English ones, namely Features, Support, Forums, Our Story, and the Terms of Service.

@96isaiah can you please provide the link of the page in your dashboard where you see the links to the Spanish forums and help? Do you mean at https://wordpress.com/help or are you referring to the Help&Support link at the bottom of your site’s WP Admin dashboard or someplace else?
Thank you @sashataakheru for providing that screenshot of the Support homepage at https://en.support.wordpress.com/. I can also confirm that several of the links on the Support homepage footer lead to es.XXX.wordpress.com pages for me as well rather than to en.XXX.wordpress.com pages
I’ve gone ahead and tagged this thread for Staff attention.

Staff, in addition to the footer links, the links on the right in the navigation bar at the top of the page (not the admin bar) also link to ES pages and not EN pages. Thanks.

Subscribing to this as I am also seeing many links in the footer of the support page pointing to es and not en. Namely, these links are Go Premium,Features, Support, Forums, Our Story, and Terms of Service.
Even the links in the top bar i.e. Features, Plans, Blog, and Support are pointing to es and not en.

First, I am on my blog’s Dashboard… I scroll clear down to the bottom… At the bottom are a bunch of WP links… The two links I have clicked on are “Forums” and “Support”… They both took me to Spanish pages…
I’m “old” so I’m hoping I remember correctly… I had an old WordPress support email address in my gmail ( support @ wordpress.com ) from years ago that is evidently not in use any more… I sent an email to that address and got an autoreply saying they no longer answer at that address… The autoreply directed me to go to: https://wordpress.com/help/contact. I tried that from the autoreply’s link, and it was in Spanish… So then I manually typed that address into the address bar and got an English page for sending a webmail to WordPress Support…
I don’t know what happened to that. And — I don’t understand how clicking on the autoreply’s link is any different from manually typing that link into the address bar. Clicking the link = Spanish… Typing the link = English.
Then I went to the forums link again on my Dashboard and went to it, even though it was in Spanish… From there I changed the es into en in the address bar ( as per your directions ) and it took me to an English version of the forums — and I finally feel like I’ve made a connection. .. although after all this, I’m confused.
I hope someone can make sense of what I’m trying to say, because my timeline might be a little mixed up.

Now I see what you were asking me… I answered from my faulty memory while in gmail, but now I’m on my site… At the bottom of the Dashboard I clicked on “Help & Support”… That page is in English and at the bottom of that page under the heading “Community”, I clicked on “Support” and “Forums” that led to Spanish pages.
To get here now, it again led to a Spanish page — and I changed the es to en in the address bar — so now I’m on the English page… This is probably a bit late to be helpful, as others have most likely realized my error…

Just coming back to report that on the Support homepage today, the affected links there are now pointing to EN rather than ES for me. Thanks for the quick work!
