Enhanced media library

  I’ve just started using WordPress to make a homepage for a sportsteam. One of the reasons for us to look for a new solution for a homepage, is that we have a lot of documents and pictures we want to share with our members. While the basic media library we have with our new wordpress.com site can do this easily, it is not in the most organized fashion. What I would like is some way to organize documents and pictures, make a something close to a folder structure. I’ve found a plugin that seems to do this called “Enhanced Media Library”: http://wordpress.org/plugins/enhanced-media-library/

  I am wondering if others have had the same need and if it is possible to add this plugin to wordpress.com based blogs?
