Enhanced stats

    I used to have the feature ‘enhance stats’ on my desktop but not the lap top. Now I have it on neither. Pleasure I beg of you PLEASE help me get it back.

    When I select enhanced stats The screen that used to come up with the stats now comes up and says ‘you have no WP account’. Well that clearly isn’t true. I have a WP.com account thru Go daddy. They never know anything and once they sold me my plan they were done with me.

    I have attended meet up groups hoping to find help there but to no avail. I am teaching myself and looking at the instructional vids. They are some help. However they do not address the issue of enhanced stats.

    Are you referring to your site at theinvisiblehindu.com? If so, that site isn’t hosted here on WordPressdotcom.

    Standalone WP (org) and WordPressdotcom (where we are) are different entities with different documentation and support forums; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
