Enhancement request for Blog Posts block

  The Blog Posts block and its ability to filter by category is critical to my site design, because my site has three separate blogs (blog pages) by category. I also wanted a ‘welcome-to-this-blog’ sticky post for each of the three blogs, but am disappointed to learn that the Blog Posts block does not support sticky posts. I write this as a request to add that functionality to the Blog Posts block. Thanks.
