Enlarged Reader and My Posts Screen

I’ve done something really clever to enlarge my Reader and My posts screen and I can’t work it out. I was in My posts, adding a photo which needed to be resized. I resized it manually by selecting the photo, then dragging it down to the right-hand corner, and all of a sudden the My Posts enlarged and I have tried to reverse it but nothing happens. It’s also had the effect of making the Reader huge. I know it’s probably something simple, or rather I should say I hope it is.
I don’t think it’s my site at fault but I’ll include it anyway here

If you are working on a PC, if you hold down the Control key while scrolling this can happen. To return your browser to normal “zoom” level, hit Ctrl+0.
If you’re on a Mac, I can’t help, but I’m sure the info is searchable.

Yes, you are an absolute legend! All fixed, and I’m over the moon!
I knew it was going to be something simple, but I haven’t a clue how it happened, as I definitely did not go near the Cntrl key, unless the touchpad has a function I’m not aware of. Well, now I know how to fix it. Isn’t it funny when you can’t post, you get withdrawal symptoms.
I apologise for putting my other question in here when I’d already posted it separately, as it’s really doubling up and rude of me.
