    Hi there. Try uploading your photo directly to the Gravatar website: http://en.gravatar.com/profiles/edit/#about-you Keep in mind it can take a few days for the image to appear on WordPress.com as well.

    How do I block or remove a follower?

    You cannot prevent anyone from reading or following a public blog. You can only prevent them from commenting by blacklisting their username, email address and blog URL under Settings ->Discussion in the dashboard.
