enom help to redirect URL?

  My domain is registered through google apps, whose server is enom apparently. This is not my forte –I’m just trying to redirect my URL here. I can get as far as logging into enom and then I get confused. Can anyone tell me what info to fill into which box to achieve this? (This is like prom night all over again…)
