  Please I paid for travisia.org and it states it’s active but I don’t know why my https address is showing as thomisia.Wordpress.com instead of what I paid for.

  You’ll need a paid plan, any paid plan, to set your site’s primary address as your custom domain: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/#set-a-primary-address

  The plans include one free domain name, so if you purchase a plan, skip the free domain step, and let us know by replying here, we can issue a refund for what you paid on the domain already.

  As staff-blorbo already explained to you, you’ll need a paid plan to make that domain (travisia.org) your site’s primary address.

  If you only register a domain it’ll redirect to the free .wordpress.com address.

  But can you first cancel the previous plan for me so it can deactivate then I can go ahead to pay for the annual business plan instead.

  I rather meant to purchase the premium for $96 but unfortunately I purchased the domain only for $18. That’s why I need the refund as soon as possible so I can pay for the $96 instead.

  Or if I will be allowed to pay $78 for the premium instead of the $96 since I have already paid $18 and that’ll rather be easier to save the refund process.

  We won’t issue a refund because that would also require us to cancel the domain, which would not be available for repurchase right away.

  However, I’ve added $18 in credits to your account so you can go ahead and make that purchase now.

  Please note the free domain registration is only for the first year, subsequent yearly domain renewals will be $18 in addition to the $99 Premium subscription.

  It’s $96 rather but it’s stated $99 in the recent reply. I hope that’s only a mistake.

  Yes you are correct, the current price of the WordPress.com Premium Annual Plan is $96/yr. I think helper-heroponriki stated $99 in error.

  I can confirm (since you have the premium plan in your cart) that the cost is correctly shown as $96 before discount, and $78 after the discount is applied: https://wordpress.com/checkout/thomisia.wordpress.com?order-review=true#step2
