  I tried upgrading to premium with a visa card but this is the message alert; transaction declined, try another card. What should I do?

  Is the card a certain type? it might be the reason why it did not work. Also your bank that it is tied to, might think that the purchase is questionable so I would call them and say that yes purchases from WordPress.com are allowed. usually happens if you might be from overseas.

  also, double check the information you enter. sometimes it happens that we enter one thing wrong

  My bank said they actually approved the transaction and they applied charges on the transfer which I was notified via text message.
  They want to find out why the transaction was declined by the site.

  My card is a visa card. It has been activated for online payments and it being used for online payments.
