Enquiry for video hosting website

Hi,
We are new startup company looking for online business , I have an idea where I want to launch a new website which will also be a mobile optimised site where in a user or participants will upload their videos by registering on my site and participate in kind of competitive video platform where there will be one winner from so many participants.
Need the know that in your business plan you are giving unlimited storage, does that means we can upload any number of videos on our website?. I mean where participant can upload any number of videos just like a video hosting site like YouTube.?
Also my second question is if every thing goes well there will be a huge traffic on our website will there not be latency on our site in such case what would be the solution.I am not a web developer or a web designer but this is my idea which I would think of to implement I wanted to know how you can help me.
