Enquiry Template

  I have tried to add an Enquiries page to my site using the template available. When I published it some of the response fields were filled in with MY details. Surely these should be blank to allow the reader to reply and also they were revealing my username which should not be happening. I have removed the page while I find out how to publish blank fields in the template. Can anyone help me?

  If you mean the contact-form, it pre-fills the data of a logged in user to speed things up: if you visit your page while logged in you’ll see your details, if I visit your page while logged in I’ll see my details.
