Ensuring Full Termination of VaultPress Account and Backup Services

Greetings,
I used to have a paid VaultPress account in the past. I’m sure I cancelled it, but I still receive occasional “Jetpack is having trouble creating backups” email notifications. I don’t see this service in my dashboard anymore but I want to ensure I’m not paying for this service and that it is fully terminated.

If you are still using Jetpack for your WordPress site with another hosting, you may want to check the Jetpack settings or feel free to contact Jetpack support if you need further assistance with the backups or the notifications.
