Entered & Saved Wrong API

I have a blog for one of my classes and I need to explain my blog’s statistics, like how many visitors, and how many clicks etc. It is due this week. I never could figure out how to get my API key for the WordPress.com Stats plug-in because I went through dreamhost.com to host the blog. I saw that the API key was in the email when I signed up for WordPress. I didn’t realize it, but the API key I used was for a blog I made and deleted for my job called QUgrad. So I had put the API key in the plugin and saved it and now it is retrieving the stats for that blog.

I finally figured out how to make a API key through DreamHost and I went to put it in, I can’t get it stop using the stats for a deleted blog. I have installed the reinstalled the plugin multiple times but it won’t give me a place to enter a new API key. help!
