Entered wrong e-mail upon registration

  Trying to create a blog for a friend:
  We accidentally entered the e-mail address as “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” and are now unable to access the confirmation e-mail for the new account. We tried changing the e-mail to the correct one “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” but were told to check the previous one to confirm the change. We are now unable to access the account even when using the username “@goldcastillo” to log in.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We are now unable to access the account even when using the username “@goldcastillo” to log in.

  Are you able to login as goldcastillo (without the @)?

  If so, please log into the account and add a comment to this thread from that account asking for site access. If you can’t get into the account that way, let me know.

  Hi! Thanks for the response, we also tried it without the “@” symbol but we still couldn’t get in. :(
