Entered wrong email on sign up

When I signed up for my blog, dangerdavedownunder.wordpress.com, I had the registration email sent to the wrong email. It should have been sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff), but instead was sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff), which I don’t think is even a working address. Obviously I am now unable to access the verification message that was sent to me. All of the other information on my registration form was correct and I want to keep this blog address. Is it at all possible to have the email associated with this account changed to the correct one ((email visible only to moderators and staff))?

You can’t recover an account that is not activated yet. Others have tried.
The invite will expire after a while and the account and blog name should revert to the wild but the staff will need to let you know the time frame.

The account is already activate. Could you try to login and change your e-mail address at https://en.wordpress.com/settings/account/

That actually worked! Weird. Could have sworn that was the first thing I tried to do…
