entering a "donate" button
-
I’ve followed the PayPal instructions to the letter to enter a donate button to my blog site. It does appear in my blog if I use control V in my basic edit screen, but, when I preview the final cut it is not there. Can anyone help me with this?

Good morning,
We require an active link starting with http:// for the blog in question plwase. Perhaps you would line to link it to your username. Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ select the URL for your primary WordPress.com blog and then save changes.Normally an unencrypted PayPal donation button is placed in a sidebar in a text widget. What do you mean by “preview”? Are you trying to place it in a post or a page? Did you follow these instructions? http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/

I’m trying to insert the “donate” button into my blog so that if anyone wishes to donate they can. I CAN get the donate button to appear in my “text” section of what I write each day but, when I preview the post before publication, it is not there. I want it to be fixated permanently but can’t seem to accomplish this. Should I be pasting it somewhere else within the WordPress dashboard screen or somewhere else such as when I use “tags” etc?
