Enterprise Theme: Page and Category Headers

  Just getting into Enterprise, but I can’t find how to: (1) order the Pages L to R (currently Home, About, etc..); and (2) order the otherwise very useful Categories header underneath. For (2), the theme seems to sequence the categories in a totally random order, whereas in all its other listings (in the footer, when writing a new post, etc.) they appear alphabetically.

  How can I order the sequence of titles in the Pages header as I want to, or can they appear only in the order in which I happen to create them (which would be a bit frustrating and not very useful)?

  And how can I order the Categories in the sub-header? I’m looking for either an alphabetical sequence or a sequence that reflects their relative importance.

  Both menus can display links to whatever you like in any order you like if you create and load custom menus:
