entire site disappears after updating

  Updated plugs in and theme and now site no longer appears but this message does:
  Fatal error: Call to a member function options() on a non-object in /home/finalcut/public_html/wp-content/themes/examination/ait-cache/_Nette.FileTemplate/_Templates.main-homepage.php-d47b097b4e9fb4d949b37ce4f2d353a8.php on line 60. What it mean and how can I correct it?

  That’s not a WordPress.com hosted blog. I’m sorry but we are unable to provide support for any sites that are not hosted here at WordPress.COM and our support docs do not apply to your site.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.
